Overview: thereborntale.com is operated by LIRA MIDIAS LTDA, a company registered in Brazil ("The Reborn Tale", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products: our dolls are collectible reborn baby dolls. Photos show the model you will receive, but small differences in color, hair and painting details can happen between dolls.

Safety: our dolls are not suitable for children under 3 years. They include small parts such as the pacifier. Children should play with the dolls under adult supervision.

Prices and payment: prices are shown in US dollars or British pounds and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping and returns: delivery times, taxes and returns follow our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property: the texts, images, names and design of this website belong to The Reborn Tale or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
