Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing time: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

United States: most orders arrive in 8 to 14 days. During busy periods delivery can take up to 3 weeks.

United Kingdom: Josie usually arrives in 4 to 8 days. All other dolls usually arrive in 3 to 6 weeks.

Your dolls ship from our partner warehouses. If you order more than one doll, they may arrive in separate packages.

Taxes and duties: prices for UK customers include VAT, and nothing is charged on delivery. For US orders, if a carrier ever asks you to pay an import charge, please contact us and we will reimburse it.
