We want you to love your doll. If she is not what you pictured, you have 90 days from delivery to ask for a return.

How to return: email support@thereborntale.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Condition: the doll must be unused, clean and returned with her outfit and accessories.

Return shipping: the customer pays for return shipping, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the package. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Lost or late orders: if your order has not arrived within 50 days of shipping, or tracking shows it was lost, contact us and we will send a full refund.

UK customers: you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after delivery for any reason. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
